There&#8217;s already work being done, you can follow it in the <a title="nautilus categorized sidebar" href="http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=508404" target="_blank">bug page</a>, but, in the end, we&#8217;ll probably get something like this:</p>

<p>For anyone not aware of it, you just time almost anything you want to do, and gnome will..Well, Do it! I&#8217;ve tried Queen, and the music started playing, a nick from a friend, and the conversation is open with pidgin, some page I&#8217;ve visited, and I get there imidiatly, and lots, lots more!</p>
<p>Try it out, it&#8217;s <a href="https://wiki.ubuntu.com/GnomeDo/Installation">easilly  and fastly installed!</a></p>

<p><strong>This is for you!</strong></p>
<p>Google&#8217;s <a href="http://code.google.com/opensource/ghop/2007-8/">Higly Open Participation Contest</a> will bring together young developers and open-source. They&#8217;ve gathered some great projects, like <a href="http://www.apache.org/">Apache</a>, <a href="http://www.gnome.org/" target="_blank">GNOME</a>, <a href="http://www.python.org/">Python</a>, and many other, that will now give to the contestants several type of assignments, like writing code or documentation and patching bugs.</p>
<p>At the conclusion of the contest, contestants will receive a t-shirt and certificate          for completing at least one task and 100 USD for every three tasks completed (maximum 500 USD per contestant).</p>

So, I really thought it to be a good idea, when I read in <a href="http://tuxvermelho.blogspot.com/2007/03/um-xp-mais-agradvel-vista.html" target="_blank">tux vermelho</a> about making Windows look like Linux. Gnome, to be more precise!</p>
<p>In order to do this, you should <a href="http://themes.belchfire.net/index.php?s=1a50e03e953c07c6d4f6967f290ba77b&amp;act=Attach&amp;type=post&amp;id=57" target="_blank">download</a> <a href="http://themes.belchfire.net/index.php?showtopic=8767" target="_blank">belchfire</a> to be able to install non signed themes. Now, all you have to do is go to <a href="http://www.deviantart.com/" target="_blank">deviantart</a> and download <a href="http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/18591720/" target="_blank">Clearlooks</a>, <a href="http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/37743373/" target="_blank">Human</a> and <a href="http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/8066296/" target="_blank">Plastik</a>. Then,just extract the folders to C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes\.</p>
<p>Done, just right click your desktop, select preferences and select your new appearance.</p>
<p>To also alter the icons, you should download them from <a href="http://tango.benpbrown.com/Super%20Turbo%20Tango%20Patcher%20November%202006.exe" target="_blank">here</a>.</p>

Some applications, firefox and thunderbird have this kind of themes available, just go to the theme option and search for tango, it should appear right away.</p>
